We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, discuss specifications, arrange agreed samples or supply, keep relevant business records and protect the website against abuse.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a lawful basis, processing may be necessary for steps you request before a contract, contract performance, legal obligations, or our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and maintaining a secure service. 4. Forms, email and service providers

If the enquiry form prepares a draft in your email application, you must send that draft yourself. Preparing the draft does not submit it to Blanc Fixe. Your email provider handles the message when you send it.

Where direct online submission is enabled, enquiry details are processed through our email-delivery service, Resend, to reach our team. Hosting providers process requests to serve and secure the site. Cloudflare hosting and Turnstile bot protection may be used where configured.

Google Fonts supplies the website fonts; requesting these fonts connects your browser to Google and exposes network information such as your IP address. Other services you choose through external links operate under their own policies.

5. Sharing and international processing

Access is limited to people and providers who need information for the stated purposes. When needed for an agreed sample or order, relevant delivery or contact details may be shared with couriers, logistics providers or professional advisers. We may disclose information where required by law.

Information is handled in Pakistan and may be processed in other countries through our providers. Resend states that it stores customer data in the United States. International processing is subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand website visits and successful enquiry submissions. Analytics loads only after you accept. We do not send enquiry names, email addresses or message contents to Google Analytics, and advertising personalisation is disabled. Hosting or bot-protection services may use necessary cookies, tokens or similar technologies for security and delivery. Browser settings can limit cookies, although this may affect verification or submission.

You can accept or decline analytics and change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser. When accepted, Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information about your device and activity; Google may process this information internationally. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the website or enquiry form. We use reasonable access and security measures; no internet or email service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Retention and your choices

We retain enquiry and correspondence records for as long as reasonably needed for the business discussion, any resulting transaction, legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping. Provider logs and backups follow their own applicable retention arrangements. We do not claim a fixed deletion period for every record.

You may ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or object to certain uses. Rights depend on applicable law and may be limited where records must be retained. We may reasonably verify your identity before responding. Where applicable, you may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
